Daniel Bradbury

Head of Sales & Growth

Dan is a British-Filipino professional with extensive experience in the BPO industry, specializing in business growth, client relationship management, and operational efficiency. With a strong background in finance and many years of experience working with Australian clients in loan services and BPO management, he excels in driving strategic partnerships and optimizing remote teams. Dan is dedicated to delivering high-quality, customized solutions that enhance client success and foster long-term business sustainability.

Julie Cezar

Head of Operations

Julie is a seasoned BPO professional with 21 years of experience in the BPO Industry, specializing in vendor performance management across key partner sites in the Philippines. She has also held direct leadership roles in Operations Management, Training, and Quality Assurance. Her expertise and passions lie in People Leadership and Engagement, Stakeholder Relations, and Change Management, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement in every role she undertakes.

Kriss Dumasis

Head of Human Resources

Kriss brings over a decade of experience in Human Resources and full-cycle recruitment within the outsourcing industry. He has successfully helped clients in the U.S. and Australia source top talent across the Philippines, Costa Rica, and Egypt. His expertise spans high-volume hiring as well as specialized recruitment for roles ranging from IT professionals to executive-level placements. In HR, he specializes in Employee and Labor Relations, ensuring a strong and compliant workplace environment.
